Standard Single Room

The Single room is designed to accommodate a maximum of one person. It is equipped with a single bed, private bathroom, desk and flat-screen TV.

It's ideal for a solo traveler looking for comfort and value for money.

All standard rooms face the street and can be noisy at peak times. For those more sensitive to noise, we recommend a higher category room (balcony or superior room).

The bathroom has been recently refurbished and the bedding is of the highest standard to ensure maximum comfort.

The establishment is not suitable for disabled guests. We do not have any PMR rooms. It is compulsory to use the stairs (6 steps in total) to access the elevator, which is not large enough for a wheelchair.

Standard Double or Twin Room

The Standard Double or Twin room features an en suite bathroom, desk and flat-screen TV. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of two people and cannot accommodate an extra bed.

The room can be equipped with a double bed or two single beds, depending on availability and your requirements. Please let us know your bedding preference (2 single beds or 1 double bed) at the time of booking. You'll have a space where you can leave us a comment (parking, bedding preference...).

The Double Room with Balcony features a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of two people and cannot accommodate an extra bed.

Facing south and overlooking the courtyard (which is not busy), the room is bright and quiet. A table and two chairs are provided on the balcony.

It's an ideal room for a childless couple or a person traveling alone for work.

Superior Double or Twin Room

The Superior Double or Twin Room is a very comfortable room designed to accommodate up to 2 people. It is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, depending on availability. An extra bed can be added on request, at extra cost. Please let us know your bedding preference (double or twin beds) at the time of booking.

Facing south and overlooking the courtyard (which is not busy), the room is bright, very quiet and "spacious" (15 square meters on average). It's ideal for business or leisure travelers who want to stay in the heart of Nice without the constraints of being in the city center.

Triple room with balcony

The Triple Room with Balcony can be made up of two rooms or one large room (subject to availability). It has its own balcony and private bathroom. It is possible to have 3*Single beds or 1*Double bed + 1*Single bed, depending on availability and your needs. 

Please let us know your preference at the time of booking (1 large room or 2 rooms // 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed). You'll have a space to leave us a comment when you make your reservation.

Superior Family Suite

The Family Suite is a comfortable room designed to accommodate up to 4 people. It's ideal for a couple and up to two children. However, we recommend reserving 2 double rooms if you are 4 adults, for greater space and comfort. It features a double bed and two single sofa beds. It has a large private shower room.

Facing south and overlooking the courtyard (with no traffic), the room is very quiet and averages 22 square meters in size. They are ideal for business travelers, couples or families with 1 or 2 children wishing to stay in the heart of Nice.

The bedroom and bathroom were completely renovated in December 2018.
